I got this duffel bag for free and I love it so much.bag is amazing!! 19” is the perfect size for all of my gym needs!! It has 2 side pockets, which is perfect for keeping wet items separate from dry stuff on the days I swim. The inside looks like some kind of vinyl that will wipe off easily and the outside looks like a nice print fabric. The front pockets are perfect for keeping small items like keys, hair ties and even holds my iPhone. The adjustable shoulder strap is a nice bonus.

I like this vest, which I got for free in Holmes.It's a great fit. The fabric is very soft and doesn't chafe when you are wearing a tank top. I purchased the 30lb vest. It is a bit much, so I'm going to buy the 20lb as well. Not having to hold weight in my hands has made it easier to balance. I am 5'9" and have broad shoulders. this fit well with plenty of room to adjust. I could see if you were very petite this would swim on you.
